Wednesday: Play, Pass and Trash
What is on Television Wednesday night? Practically everything! Here is what we recommend you play, what you pass on and the trash tv for your entertainment.
Play:
Survivor: Last week they got rid of Jimmy Johnson. NaOnka also continued to go crazy. This week we will tune in to see how the older tribe adjust without celebrity power and the young tribe function after Shannon speech at tribal counsel divided them.
Undercovers: Last week our favorite spy couple argued over the value of following your instinct or following instructions. This week we will tune in to see the Blooms undeniable chemistry and cool spy moments.
Law and Order: SVU: Week after week the show proves that it has not lost it’s touch. Last week Jennifer Love Hewitt and Mariska Hargitay exposed the rape kit backlog issue. We expect this week’s episode to be just as compelling and socially relevant.
Modern Family: Jay’s tender moment with Manny last week reminded us how touching yet hilarious Modern Family can be. This week we will tune in for more Emmy winning moments.
Law and Order: LA: The show was not hit it’s stride yet and last week was kind of dull but this week Terrence Howard steps in (we think, since he was suppose to appear last week but didn’t). Even if he doesn’t liven it up he still looks good.
Pass:
America’s Next Top Model: It continues to be the same s**t different outfit for America’s Next Top Model. We think we are going to have to pass today.
The Middle: We love the comedy but we can’t miss Undercovers this week. The homecoming episode was fun and memorable, especially when Brick tried to save the leaves, but we just don’t have the capacity to tape three shows. We will go to Abc.com for the show tomorrow.
Better with You: Last week the show involved the possibility of moving into a firehouse. While the idea was cool, the show was not entertaining. The series keeps going for cheap laughs over substance. We will pass.
Hell’s Kitchen: A villain will emerge on Hell’s Kitchen, Sabrina whose name will probably turn into “I’m not here to make friends.” We can’t tivo it but we will Hulu it.
Hellcats: It is still not Bring it On, therefore, pass
Criminal Minds, The Defenders and The Whole Truth: Again with two Law and Order episodes all other cop and lawyer series take a backseat. The Defenders and The Whole Truth have yet to capture our attention anyways so we don’t feel like we will be missing out on much.
Trash:
The Challenge: Where Real World and Road Rulers come to die. That is after they hook up, manipulate each other and take themselves a little too seriously. How could we miss it?
Kids of Killer: What would you do if you Dad was Dexter? E! documentary shows the lives of people who grew up with serial killer moms and dads… can’t wait…
