We knew when we watch the Bad Girls Club last night they would bring the drama but the show surpassed our expectations. The show encourages girls to fight and go at it. The Bad Girls Club go through more roommates in one season than The Real World has gone through during seasons 1-24. The girls fight regularly and don’t get kicked out of the house, they cuss like sailors and they only get removed from the house when they go to an extreme, such as kicking someone in the face when they are already down or attacking a producer. The show has security built into their production staff and despite having a strict no fighting rule the on site producers only intervene when it is clear that someone is about to be hospitalized. The show creates an incentive for the girls to act on their worse behavior. We are ashamed to admit it but we love to watch every second of the show. It’s ironic that Oxygen, a network dedicated to women, has now devolved and features shows such as the Bad Girls Club.
Last night was one of the worse (and yet best) episodes of Bad Girls yet. Two new girls, Ashley and Christina, entered the house to replace the roommates who were driven out of the house, Kayleigh and Danielle. Kayleigh was Morgan’s replacement who left after she attacked the production staff in episode one. There are only six girls in the house right now since Cat left during the Bahamas trip because she no longer wanted to be associated with the group.
Now that we have reviewed the roster, let’s get into the episode. Ashley and Christina moved into the house and had to face the remaining original roommates from this season, Kristen, Lea, Brandi and Erica. Of course, the old girls did not welcome the new girls with open arms. But the girls did what they always do, got drunk and eventually everyone bonded. Well almost everyone. Christina called Lea a lebisan. Lea said she was not a lesbian, she was just a bisexual woman who has sex with girls. Christina continued to call Lea a lesbian saying, “if it looks like a duck and quack likes a duck, you’re a lesbian.” Lea got offended and decided she would do what she always does, work with Kristen to harass the girl they dislike until she leaves or gets kicked out. Kristen and Lea ripped her photos, through milk and water at her, tossed her stuff down the stairs, broke her picture frames, etc., etc., etc.
What happened next was unbelievable. We have been watching reality tv for years. We have seen almost everything on The Bad Girls Club and every other show. We are rarely shocked anymore. But when Christina threw bleach on Lea and Kristen our jaws hit the floor. Yes, you read it right, she threw bleach. Kristen’s hair started to fall out the next day and the bleach destroyed Lea and Kristen’s clothes. Kristena and Lea had to leave the house to go to a hotel because they were so angry. After all of Kristen and Lea efforts, Christina won. By throwing bleach Christina proved she was not a girl to mess with, got the other girls to leave temporarily, and was able to enjoy her night by jumping in the pool. When Lea and Kristen returned they had adjusted their plan. They no longer wanted to send Christina home, they wanted to make her life miserable. We had to laugh to ourselves because even though the girls said they no longer wanted Christina to leave, they just wanted to make her time as miserable as possible, we knew the truth. We knew that they realized that even if they threw their best at her Christina would not be going home and there was nothing they could do about it.
If throwing bleach was not crazy enough this week’s episode also feature’s Brandi’s glorious return to stripping. Brandi was getting what she calls “strip pole” withdrawal while in the house. Brandi was a stripper back home and she could not live without stripping anymore. Watch Brandi’s transform to Venus (her stripper name) below:
If all that was not enough this week also featured the return of former bad girl, Natalie (aka I run L.A. and sleep with Chris Brown). Christina was left behind when the girls went out. She did not let that stop her
and decided to go out alone instead. While she was out she ran into Natalie who was partying at a strip club. Next week episode will feature Christina and Natalie partying together. Natalie is not moving into the Bad Girls Club house but we are sure she will bring some drama.
This week’s episode of The Bad Girls Club was one of the best and worse episodes of the series. Christina is crazy, Lea and Kristen are a little less crazy and Brandi… sigh… it was almost too much and yet we could not stop watching. Can’t wait to see what Natalie has in store for next week’s episode. This season of The Bad Girls Club is epic.
